Surface Preparation & Application Guidelines

CeraCoat Z™ is supplied in a ready-to-use formulation.

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, rust, dust, paint, or lacquer residues.

• The coating does not form a permanent bond and can be removed when required.

Application:

• Stir thoroughly before use.

• Apply using a brush, roller, or suitable spray system.

• At room temperature and normal humidity, drying time is approximately 10 minutes (touch dry).

• Pre-heating the substrate slightly can significantly reduce drying time.

• If required, thin with small quantities of distilled water, mixing slowly and thoroughly after each addition to prevent clumping.

• Keep container tightly closed to prevent drying or thickening, as the formulation is water-based.

CeraCoat Z™ can withstand freezing temperatures without compromising performance.
