PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A high-performance silicone-based mould release spray specially formulated for aluminium die-casting applications. It forms a thin, uniform release film on die surfaces to reduce metal adhesion and facilitate clean, easy demoulding. The formulation helps maintain mould surface quality, reduce build-up and improve production efficiency during repeated casting cycles.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Ensure the die surface is clean, dry and free from excessive deposits.
2. Shake the can well before use.
3. Hold the can approximately 20–30 cm from the die surface.
4. Apply a light, uniform coating over the required die areas. Avoid excessive application.
5. Allow the release film to settle/flash off before commencing casting.
6. Reapply as required during production to maintain effective release performance.
7. For best results, maintain a clean die surface and use the minimum effective quantity of release agent.

Note: Always determine the optimum spray frequency and quantity according to die design, alloy, casting conditions and production cycle.
