Protektor® UV Conformal Coating is the UV-traceable version of our acrylic conformal coating — it glows under UV light so coated areas are instantly verifiable during inspection and quality control. Ideal where coating coverage must be audited on the assembly line.
Like the standard coating, it is a fast-drying, single-component acrylic lacquer that protects PCBs from moisture, corrosion, dust, fungus and caustic vapours, with high dielectric strength against high-voltage arcing and the corona effect. It conforms to IPC-CC-830B / Military-Grade MIL-I-46058C, is C-DOT approved and RoHS compliant.
